Exam Overview
The GACE Art (P–12) (726) assessment is the content test Georgia uses to certify art teachers for prekindergarten through grade 12. It measures the knowledge of visual art, media and processes, art history and art criticism that an art teacher needs.
Who Administers the Test
Four Testlets
Assessment 726 combines four testlets with 100 selected-response questions in all. Each question has four answer choices. Testlet 315 on art media and processes is twice the size of the others and counts for 40% of the score. You can take all four testlets in one appointment or register for any combination.
