Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TTP Prep, provided by Test Treasure Publication ("we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. Contact: support@testtreasure.com.

Who can use TTP Prep

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and manage any purchase.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

Plans and automatic renewal

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in US dollars through PayPal: monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout.
• Your plan renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your PayPal account or from your TTP Prep Account page. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• We will tell you in advance, by email, about any price change; it applies from your next renewal.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

TTP Prep content is for your personal study. Do not copy, resell, share your login, scrape, or redistribute it, and do not try to break or bypass the service's security or access controls. We may suspend accounts that do.

No resale or account sharing

Your plan is a personal license for one learner. You may not resell, republish, upload or share TTP Prep content (including screenshots, printouts or copied text) on any marketplace, website, group or file-sharing service. Each page carries a watermark tied to your account. An account can be used on up to 2 devices; signing in on a new device pauses the oldest one. If we find content resold or shared, or one account used by several people, we may close the account without a refund and take legal action, including takedown notices to the marketplaces involved.

Content and exams

Our study materials are original works of Test Treasure Publication. Exam names are trademarks of their owners, who do not endorse TTP Prep. We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee any exam result, and you should confirm exam details with the official testing organization.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
