Exam Overview
The GACE History (6–12) (721) assessment is the content test Georgia uses to certify history teachers for grades 6 through 12. It measures the United States and world history knowledge a secondary history teacher needs, often applied to primary sources, data and historical interpretations.

Assessment 721 combines four testlets with 100 selected-response questions in all. Each question has four answer choices, and each testlet counts for 25% of the total score. You can take all four testlets in one appointment or register for them separately.
